Haryana

Haryana is called the “Green Land” of India. Panipat, Karnal and Kurukshetra are some of the main historic cities in this state where the famous Hindu Vedic wars took place.

Haryana is one of the centers for Hinduism and one of the Indian states where the gospel of Christ is least preached. According to the survey, this state with a population of over 21,000,000, has only 25,000-30,000 Christians.

IFMI started ministry in the state of Haryana in 2003. Presently we have worship services in 13 places, and God is doing marvelous things through the natives. Also, we have one Bible Training Center and one convention team. Pastor Reji is coordinating the local ministries.

IFMI-North India regional work is functioning from this state where we have, by His grace, our own campus. Our vision is to equip the local leaders to reach its 7,000 villages with the love of Christ and church planting.

As William Carrey said, “Expect great things from God and attempt great things for God.”
