Our Faith & Doctrinal Statement
- We believe in the Bible as Holy Spirit inspired and given through human agents.
- We believe that the Holy Scripture in its original is without error. We receive the whole Bible of sixty-six books as our ultimate, absolute authority and the only infallible rule of Christian faith and practice.
- We believe in God the Father, eternal, infinite, perfect in wisdom, holiness, justice, power and love. From eternity He exists as the living and true God in three persons but of one substance, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, co-equal in power and sovereignty and glory.
- This God through His Son, the eternal Word, born of a virgin, created all things seen and unseen. And upholds and controls all that which has been brought into existence by the Word.
- We believe that the Holy Spirit was poured out on the day of Pentecost baptizing those who believed into the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit brings the permanent indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit within the individual and the corporate body, building up the individual and the church. We believe in Holy Spirit as the abiding councilor promised by the Lord Jesus Christ. And we believe in the continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit from the day of Pentecost.
- We believe that the whole world is under the domination of Satan and that all people are sinners by nature and choice. Therefore, the whole world is under the judgement of God.
- We believe in the proclamation of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the working of the Holy Spirit whereby men who repent of their sins and accept the vicarious death of the Lord Jesus on the cross are regenerated, justified and adopted and sanctified and accepted in the Kingdom of God.
- We believe in the one and only holy universal church. All who repent of their sins and confess Jesus as Lord and Savior are members of this church, the living body of Christ.
- All such believers should be baptized by immersion as an act of obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ.
- We believe in the Second Coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, our Blessed Hope.
